About Us
We are the Burnham Village community members who are involved in furthering our village ties with our twin town, St Denis de l'Hotel in the Loire Valley, France.
Our Aims
We aim to enhance our cultural ideas and understanding between Burnham Village community members and the residents of St Denis de l'Hotel. Forge new friendships and develop our inter-community ties.
Join Us
We will be holding cultural exchanges, holding monthly video conferences and much more. If you would like to improve your French or experience the French savoir faire in the beautiful Loire Valley, please join us. We have information in the Burnham Library, or keep an eye on our new website.
BVTA has held stalls at the Burnham Donkey Derby and Carnival each year..
We introduced ourselves to new members, gave out leaflets for our forthcoming events, ...
Ran a game of Guess the Name for a French doll ...
And toy truck...
And gave out information for entering our Photography Competition (see our Events tab for information).
The weather was mostly hot with a brief shower, and everyone had a great time...
Including the donkeys!!!
